What's for dinner tonight?



May 27 Go talk to your favorite fishmonger at the seafood store and find a beautiful, just jumped out of the water Sockeye Copper River Salmon filet. Freshly cracked pepper both sides, squeeze tons of lemon and pan saute medium high heat in extra virgin olive oil. You'll thank me a zillion times!

Wow! What an amazing salad! Meditteranean Summer Salad!


Here is a delightful, healthy and amazingly delicious salad that can best be enjoyed when the variety of mesclun greens are super, super fresh and the tomatoes are ripe and deeply flavorful...in other words, in SUMMER! Bob and I had this for dinner last night and loved every bite! Feel free to try improv with any of your favorite ingredients.

Hello July! Let's go grilling...

Let's go grilling! We're wild for wild salmon! Hickory Smoked Fresh Wild Caught Salmon on the Plank to be specific, with grilled corn (the amazing best of the season corn), and fresh green beans, brushed with walnut oil and grilled just perfectly! We devoured every bite last night. Yuummm!
